
What is Meditation?
Meditation is a state and not a practice, this is the absolute Truth when one from the light of awareness speaks of this. Prior to this state stabilising in the individual student we can practice meditation as a form of sadhana (spiritual practice), this will help the student to go deeper within (spiritual inner journey) whilst sustaining them in an atmosphere of light and relaxation.
Sometimes, guided meditations are given which assist the student to focus and concentrate.
Most of all, we will move into deeper states of silence.
