This class focuses on yoga mudras for:

  • chakra alignment

  • balance

  • healing

  • meridian and energy acupressure points for the purpose of cleansing

  • harmonisation

  • meditation

 

As well as:

  • gentle yoga movements - stationary or in yogic dance movements with music

  • yoga mudra meditation

  • movement to enhance spiritual alignment

No experience necessary - ideal for beginner and intermediate yogis.
